Scottish Powerlifting – District Champs, 19th March, Glasgow

Just a reminder that the 2011 Scottish Powerlifting District Championship is being held on Saturday, 19th March 2011 at Palace of Arts, Glasgow. This will have both equipped and unequipped categories this year, in response to the increasing interest in raw lifting. Also new is the change to the new IPF weight categories:

-> Women 43k(junior only) 47 52 57 63 72 84 84+
-> Men 52K(junior only) 59 66 74 83 93 105 120 120+

Kick start your 2011 with this comp – its always proved a good one. Hope you can make it either on the platform or along to watch or help. You’ll need to have your 2011 membership to lift, so why not get both forms in the post today.
