Sounds superb Andy, sign me up.
My Mrs is due to have our second little cherub early in November, but I'll start her on the Curries in October to make sure there are no delays. |

Sorry, I had to take steps after that post! See below..
"Dear Mr 'Stainless'
My name is Jebediah Sludge, working on behalf of 'Dewey, Cheatum and Howe' law associates. And I'm contacting you on behalf of our client, Scott 'Dog' Taylor who is sueing you for the cost of a new keyboard after he spat out coffee over his while reading your last post.
Also, he is seeking punitive damages for the singed nasal hair caused by the hot coffee that came out of his nose at the same time, adding to his keyboard damage and ruining his nifty 'Joe Bloggs' lime green t-shirt, circa 1990.
If you could contact us with reimbursement soon that would be appreciated.
Sincerly, J Sludge" _________________ Kev - "Bring me another junior powerlifter.. This one's split." |

If you're under 105kg and over 40 do you have to choose which class to be in or have do you have a chance to break records in both classes? Not that I know anyone who's likely to! |

alright darren first well done on fitt only one point behind bruce a man 7 stone heavier in a static com
the reason for the 10 meters is that it will be in doors as it will late nov
and its kinda based on the arnolds with the giant timber frame walk only being about 9 meters and the yoke only being about 10
so its more about big weights than distance
and hamish if you set a record if your under 105k and a master you hold the record in both classes ie mike daly pulling a big silver dead so he would have best lift in both as he is under 105 and master _________________ www.dawc.co.uk www.extremenutrtion.co.uk |
